Impact Interviews & Story Capture

Service Description

Impact Interviews & Story Capture Interview planning & subject coordination — working with the organization to identify the right program participants, donors, or staff to interview and scheduling/coordinating those conversations Conducting the interviews — sitting down (or on a call) with the person to draw out their experience with sensitivity and care, especially for vulnerable populations (refugees, returning citizens, survivors) Story development & writing — shaping the raw interview into a polished narrative piece (like the "A Story of Strength" newsletter feature) that's ready to publish or share A reusable story bank — organizing captured stories so the organization has a library of material to draw from across newsletters, grant proposals, social media, and donor appeals — not just a one-off piece Formatting for multiple uses — adapting the same story into different lengths/formats depending on where it'll run (a newsletter feature vs. a short social caption vs. a grant narrative excerpt)
